Senior Account Manager

About the role

QMS Media is looking for an energetic Senior Account Manager to drive sales growth for its City of Sydney (CoS) business. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the CoS portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, direct clients and buying groups.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign management, from proposal creation to forecasting and execution.
• Mentor the Account Coordinator and coach junior staff to meet team goals.
• Act as the CoS specialist, introducing innovative digital OOH solutions and educating the market.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with an existing network of agency and client contacts.
• High‑energy, collaborative team player who takes ownership and drives results.
• Strategic thinker with solid commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex briefs into tailored solutions.

Required skills

• Experience in media sales or a strong desire to learn the OOH sector.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
