About the role
As a Senior Account Manager at TOA you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of Australian and New Zealand clients. The role combines strategic relationship building with consultative selling to expand revenue and support clients’ evolving business needs. You will work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned accounts, ensuring account health and long‑term partnership.
- Develop executive‑level relationships and act as an advocate for client requirements.
- Identify client pain points and connect them to TOA’s suite of solutions to drive account expansion.
- Manage pricing, margins and commercial terms to achieve mutually profitable growth.
- Coordinate Business Development, Customer Experience and Operations teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
- Handle escalations for high‑value accounts while working with Customer Service Representatives on day‑to‑day issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships.
- Strong consultative selling and commercial acumen.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives to deliver client success.
- Resilience, sense of humour and ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.
