Senior Account Executive - Strata

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Honan Strata team in Brisbane. This hybrid position requires three days a week in the office and focuses on growing the Strata insurance portfolio through strong client relationships and proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop business within a nominated Strata portfolio, ensuring client service agreements are met or exceeded.
• Provide ongoing client engagement, risk and insurance program administration, and technical expertise.
• Identify and triage new business opportunities from the existing client base.
• Negotiate favourable solutions with insurer partners on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments and adhere to Marsh quality practices and procedures.

Required profile

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in general lines insurance broking.
• Clear communication skills with a strong dedication to client service.
• Ability to work independently within a multi‑skilled team and thrive under pressure.
• Proven problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities.
