Senior Account Executive - Strata

About the role

Join Marsh's Honan Strata team in Brisbane as a Senior Account Executive. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office and focuses on growing the Strata insurance portfolio through strong client relationships and proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed service standards set in client agreements.
• Take a proactive approach to service delivery and client needs.
• Support the team by identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base.
• Adhere to Marsh quality practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with insurer partners to negotiate favourable solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
• At least 3+ years experience in general lines insurance broking.
• Clear communication skills with a strong dedication to client service.
• Ability to work independently within a multi‑skilled team.
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage workloads and meet deadlines.
