Senior Account Executive – Risk Management

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join Marsh’s Risk Management team in Brisbane. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and offers the chance to work on complex client accounts within a global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risk management and insurance programmes to meet client needs and support successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
• Partner with the Principal and Managing Principal to understand client businesses, risk exposures, and insurance requirements.
• Contribute to renewal, retention, and portfolio development strategies, identifying opportunities to broaden Marsh’s support.
• Support complex claims matters by coordinating with claims colleagues and advocating for clients.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance broking and managing client relationships within a portfolio environment.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and core classes of insurance.
• Ability to organise work effectively, manage competing priorities, and provide a high standard of service.

Required skills

• Tier 1 FSRA Compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting large or complex corporate risk management accounts.
