Segment Marketing Manager (Industrial & Institutional)

About the role

As the Segment Marketing Manager for SC Johnson Professional’s Industrial and Institutional portfolio, you will drive product growth, shape go‑to‑market strategies and engage customers across hygiene and skin‑care solutions. This is a six‑month fixed‑term role based in Sydney, working closely with sales, supply chain, finance and customer support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and strategic marketing plans for the segment.
• Manage segment financials, including budgeting, reporting and forecasting.
• Optimise product performance through regular analysis and review.
• Plan and deliver sales and marketing programmes such as promotions, advertising, PR and communications in partnership with sales managers.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, lead generation, trade shows and sales support.
• Create and deliver training sessions for distributors and end‑users.
• Oversee, execute and analyse digital marketing performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or engineering.
• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience in one of SC Johnson Professional’s sectors (Industrial, Food, Commercial or Automotive).
• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proven track record of developing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
• Experience in digital marketing communications and lead generation across paid and owned channels, including social media.
• Strong presentation and customer‑facing skills, with experience launching and training on product offerings.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
