Security Project Manager

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead complex ICT and security initiatives in a high‑security environment. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will drive project outcomes, manage organisational change, and engage a diverse range of stakeholders to uplift strategic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver ICT and security projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and implement change‑management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change‑control processes.
• Define, prioritise, and manage business and technical requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication and regular updates.
• Monitor performance to ensure deliverables meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
• Support the creation of policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business areas, and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering medium to large‑scale ICT or security projects in complex environments.
• Strong project‑management expertise, including governance, risk, budget, and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and business transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to work in a highly secure environment.
