Security Receptionist / Concierge – $34/hr Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a professional Security Receptionist/Concierge to be the first point of contact at a high‑profile office in Melbourne’s CBD. The role combines front‑desk customer service with security duties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the reception/concierge service.
• Greet and process visitors and contractors.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Handle queries from customers, visitors and employees.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Monitor the CCTV system.

Required profile

• Current Victorian security licence.
• First Aid and CPR certificates (HLTAID011, HLTAID010, HLTAID009).
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Initiative and strong multi‑tasking capability.
