Securitisation Trust Analyst/Manager

About the role

You will manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination. The role involves cash reconciliations, funding processes and month‑end trust administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee trust cash reconciliations, populate and resolve discrepancies with servicers and originators.
• Manage trust funding subscription processes and month‑end activities to ensure accurate administration.
• Perform cash‑flow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees on required payments.
• Maintain and develop financial models while providing general support for trust operations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in structured financial markets, including at least 1 year in securitisation trust management.
• Experience in financial SPV or trust administration with a strong understanding of trust operations.
• Ability to manage complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders with high accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
