Sector Manager – Multiline

About the role

Lead Aggreko’s Multiline sector in Sydney or Melbourne, managing a team of area sales managers and representatives. You will drive revenue, EBITDA growth and build strong customer relationships across events, mining operations and remote communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory‑specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coach and develop the field sales team through regular visits, one‑on‑ones and ride‑alongs.
• Implement robust pipeline management and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics such as activity levels, conversion rates and pricing governance.
• Lead strategic accounts and complex opportunities while fostering collaboration with marketing, operations and technical specialists.

Required profile

• Proven track record in multiline sector sales with consistent target achievement.
• Experience in global or matrixed organisations and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and CRM management skills.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
• Pipeline and forecast management.
