About the role
The Wharf Restaurant & Bar and Folio, located within the Sydney Theatre Company's Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, are seeking experienced Section Waiters. The venues offer waterfront views, contemporary Australian dining, crafted cocktails and small plates, serving pre-theatre dining, busy restaurant service, private functions, catered events and opening nights.
Required profile
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role in quality restaurants or premium venues
- Ability to manage your own section and deliver polished, attentive service
- Strong food, beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Well-presented, professional and detail-focused, staying calm and organised under pressure
- Available evenings, weekends and public holidays, mainly on evening shifts around 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Around 15-20 hours of availability per week
- Valid NSW RSA
