Secondary Maths & Science Teacher – Online School

About the role

Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about teaching in an online environment. The successful candidate will be a full‑time Maths and Science teacher delivering lessons to Years 7‑11 students, based at the Casey campus in Cranbourne South.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programmes for Years 7‑11, including the development of online VCE courses.
• Deliver engaging lessons using ICT learning platforms, particularly Canvas.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress and implement effective student management strategies.
• Provide a child‑safe environment and adhere to all child‑safety policies and reporting obligations.
• Participate in staff meetings, devotions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Clearance for Working with Children and right to work in Australia.
• Committed Christian willing to share faith and model the school’s vision and values.
• High expectations for academic and behavioural outcomes and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Canvas learning management system.
