About the role
ACC Casey is looking for a passionate Secondary Mathematics teacher to start in Term 1 2027. This part‑time (0.8 FTE) position may also include a Secondary Coordinator responsibility for an experienced applicant.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Secondary and VCE Mathematics, delivering clear instruction and modelling mathematical thinking.
- Develop and refine curriculum, assessment and instructional practice across the Secondary years.
- Participate in instructional coaching and professional learning to continuously improve teaching practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a strong academic culture and support student progress.
Required profile
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- High expectations for student achievement and a belief that every student can grow academically.
- Commitment to evidence‑informed teaching, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to integrate Christian faith authentically into teaching and school life.
