About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate English Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team at Kearnan College. The successful applicant will deliver engaging learning experiences for Years 7‑12 and build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver student‑centred English lessons across Years 7‑12.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school culture and Catholic values.
• Use data‑informed approaches to enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• Four‑year teaching qualification and current TRBWA registration.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the English curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices.
• Ability to design engaging, student‑centred learning programs.
