Secondary English Teacher / Coordinator

About the role

Australian Christian College Casey is seeking an outstanding Secondary English Teacher to join the growing P‑12 campus from Term 1, 2027. The role involves delivering high‑quality English instruction and may include a leadership position as Secondary Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Secondary English lessons that develop confident readers, thoughtful writers and effective communicators.
• Contribute to curriculum development, assessment design and instructional practice across the Secondary years.
• Maintain strong classroom routines, use evidence‑informed teaching strategies and regularly assess student progress.
• Participate in instructional coaching, professional learning and collaborative staff meetings.
