About the role

UNIQLO is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand in its Parramatta store. This role is flexible, covering full‑time and casual shifts, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and update displays on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Motivation to achieve the best in every task.
