Seasonal Store Associate (Full-time/Casual)

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations and acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and back‑of‑house areas.
• Replenishing stock and updating displays on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
