About the role
The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer‑service specialist of the store, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
- Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness and tidy stock areas.
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and update visual displays.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Approachable, comfortable talking to a diverse range of customers.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
