Seasonal Store Associate – Flexible Shifts

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist for UNIQLO, responsible for delivering the brand’s LifeWear experience and acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional service at fitting rooms and check‑out counters.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and manage back‑of‑house equipment.
• Replenish stock and update displays throughout the store.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Approachable and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Motivation to achieve the best in every task.
