Seasonal Store Associate – Flexible Full‑time/Casual

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO Blacktown, responsible for delivering the brand’s LifeWear experience and supporting store operations during peak seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Process deliveries, organise back‑of‑house areas and replenish stock as needed.
• Follow detailed operational procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable, able to communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
