Seasonal Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking Seasonal Store Associates to act as the front‑line customer service specialists in its Hornsby store. You will represent the brand, help shoppers find the right products, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and organized fitting rooms.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and manage back‑of‑house equipment.
• Replenish stock and update visual displays as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Motivation to achieve the best results in all tasks.
