Seasonal Receptionist – Remote at El Questro, WA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our remote El Questro resort for the season (April‑October). This unique position places you in the heart of the Kimberley, offering a blend of luxury hospitality and outback adventure while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with all resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Assist guests with booking tours, accommodation, and related services.
• Maintain a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office experience in a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong guest‑focused attitude and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Highly motivated, collaborative team player with superior organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using NewBook property management system.
• Familiarity with Rezdy booking platform.
