Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain an assigned kitchen section efficiently during service periods.

• Understand and respond to guest dietary requirements, contributing to overall wellbeing.

Required profile

• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of a Commercial Cookery Qualification.
• Passion for the culinary industry and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
