Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

About the role

Assembly Label is looking for a Seasonal Casual Stylist to join its Mosman store as it heads into its busiest season of the year. The role suits someone with retail experience who can support the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience during the peak trading period. Strong availability across weekdays and weekends, particularly Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, is required, with flexibility to cover busy trading periods.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to build brand loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
• Uphold the retail operational standards and procedures of Assembly Label.
• Work with the State Manager and Store Manager so that data integrity and loss prevention strategies are carried out in line with business targets.
• Maintain high standards of personal and store presentation.

Required profile

• Retail experience.
• Ability to deliver an authentic customer experience and drive sales targets.
• Comfortable working during the busy Christmas trade.
• Enthusiastic and open to feedback; reflects the core behaviours of hungry, humble and smart.
• Availability across weekdays and weekends, especially Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
