Assistant Business Manager (Store Manager)

About the role

Assembly Label is looking for an Assistant Business Manager (Assistant Store Manager) for its Mosman store. This is a full-time position leading a team of retail stylists, with the aim of meeting sales targets and delivering strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
• Deliver a high level of customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain retail operational standards and lead by example
• Work with the National Retail Manager, State Manager and Retail Business Manager on data integrity and loss prevention
• Train and develop all staff and nurture relationships with other departments and stakeholders
• Keep personal and store presentation standards high
• Engage seasonally with the Operations and Design teams on the product range

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and motivating a team
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Strong communication, time management and reporting skills
• Enthusiastic about feedback and understands the brand values and product range
• Understanding of local and international fashion markets
• Availability to work public holidays, weekends and key retail seasons
