SDR Manager – Lead and Scale Outbound Sales Development

About the role

Join Xplor's Momence team as an SDR Manager in Australia, leading and scaling the outbound Sales Development Representative function across APAC. You will build a high‑performing remote team, drive predictable pipeline generation, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and Revenue Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting to attract, interview, hire and onboard top SDR talent, creating structured onboarding and career progression programmes.
• Lead, coach and inspire the outbound SDR team to exceed pipeline targets through regular one‑to‑ones, call coaching and performance reviews.
• Own outbound prospecting strategy, develop repeatable training, and continuously improve playbooks, messaging, email sequences and territory planning.
• Use data to identify coaching opportunities, monitor KPIs (activity, connect rates, meeting conversion, pipeline generation, quota attainment) and report insights to Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Recruiting and Product to improve lead quality, outbound effectiveness and handoff processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing an outbound SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment, with proven success hiring, onboarding and developing SDRs.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones, preferably APAC.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and modern prospecting techniques, with at least 2 years selling into SMB customers.
• Results‑driven mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
• Expertise in outbound prospecting techniques: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, territory planning, account prioritisation, list building and sequencing.
