Sales Support & Customer Engagement Specialist (Land Lease Communities)

About the role

This role supports prospective residents of land lease and lifestyle communities, acting as the first point of contact and guiding them through the early stages of their decision journey. You will work primarily by phone, with occasional face‑to‑face meetings, to ensure a caring and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone enquiries from prospective residents.
• Re‑engage existing enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct conversations to understand individual lifestyle goals and concerns.
• Book appointments for the sales team and manage follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the broader sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties that assist the business across sales and marketing.

Required profile

• Experience in land lease communities or retirement living (preferred).
• Warm, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Confident phone presence with ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong administrative and CRM attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups.
• Genuine passion for helping people with major life decisions.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and flexibility for occasional on‑site support.
