Sales Specialist – Dental Equipment

About the role

Henry Schein is seeking a Dental Equipment Sales Specialist for its Queensland team. You will drive growth across the equipment portfolio, managing projects from planning through installation and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing customer base while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customer needs and achieve commercial targets.
• Provide consultative sales support, deliver product demonstrations, and train internal teams.
• Use CRM and ERP systems to track activity and support sales.
• Travel across the territory, including regional trips and occasional weekend work at dental expos.

Required profile

• Dental industry experience with knowledge of products, equipment and clinical applications.
• 1‑2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in dental, medical or allied health.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
