Business Development Manager

About the role

Gallery Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to convert its secured SEQ land and project pipeline into sales and build strong relationships with referral partners. The role is based in the new Brisbane office on James Street, Fortitude Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Convert opportunities from the secured land and project pipeline into sales while identifying additional business prospects.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
• Develop and nurture B2B client relationships, sales partners, land developers and referral networks.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support sales growth.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Research market trends to inform business development strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in house & land sales.
• Proven track record of developing and managing B2B relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Confidence working with numbers, feasibility, pricing and contract structures.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

What we offer

• Base salary of $100,000 plus superannuation.
• Commission of $3,000 per sale plus superannuation.
• Expected OTE of $340,000 per annum including superannuation.
• Support from experienced Sales, Marketing and Land Acquisitions teams.
