Sales Specialist - Agreements

About the role

Konecranes is looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead new business growth and secure crane service agreements across Australia. You will own your territory, build a high-value pipeline and close deals, supported by full CRM support and a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business by securing long-term service agreements
• Own and manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Build strong, lasting relationships through regular client engagement
• Travel locally to stay connected with your market

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a new business development role
• Current and valid driver's licence (essential)
• Knowledge and interest in selling service-based agreements
• Knowledge of Australian Standards for overhead cranes and hoists is an advantage
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work with CRM and office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills, highly organised and methodical approach to sales
