Sales & Service Lead – Westfield Sydney

About the role

The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at ALO, ensuring targets for engagement, education and interaction are met while creating a sanctuary that sets ALO apart.

Key responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experiences on the floor, providing product education and coaching team members.
• Build daily client relationships and analyze reports to develop action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales floor coverage, workforce solutions, and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Oversee recruitment, development and performance feedback for Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
• Collaborate with Community, Studio, Operations and Visual leads for cross‑functional training and execution of company directives.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and receptive to feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 10‑15 kg and moving throughout the store for an entire shift.
