Sales Representative – Power Tools – VIC

About the role

The Power Tools division of Bosch Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to cover the North and North West Victorian regions. This home‑office based position involves regular travel across the territory, using company‑provided devices and a tool‑of‑trade vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and profit targets while expanding market share.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Present product releases, conduct promotional activities and deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback and competitor insights.
• Attend trade events, new store openings and scheduled training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong planning, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel regularly across the state.
• Australian citizenship or full work rights.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Web‑based reporting tools such as Tableau or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
