Sales Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join Gartner’s high‑performing Talent Acquisition team as a Sales Recruiter. You will act as a trusted business partner to global stakeholders, designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent for the Global Technology Services division.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and attract qualified candidates to support growth across the business unit.
• Partner with hiring managers, build trust‑based relationships, and understand hiring priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent assessment, intake meetings, updates and debriefs.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches and employer branding initiatives.
• Measure recruitment quality and impact through metrics such as throughput and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in fast‑paced agency or corporate environments.
• Proven track record of meeting metrics‑driven talent acquisition goals.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Creative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement of recruiting strategies.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
