Sales Re-engagement Agent – Training Provided

About the role

Compare Club, one of Australia's largest comparison businesses, is hiring full-time, permanent Customer Re-engagement Agents in its Brisbane CBD office, starting 2nd November 2026. No sales experience is needed: full paid training is provided from day one. The role involves speaking with warm, pre-qualified prospects who have already shown interest.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified prospects to book high-value appointments for the sales team.
• Guide potential customers through comparing health insurance solutions with Compare Club.
• Achieve realistic, structured targets within a supportive, high-energy team.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is valued, as these roles provide the skills needed.
• Ability to talk to people, build rapport and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Motivated by goals and open to a career change or a move from casual work to a permanent role.

What we offer

• Base salary up to $65,000 plus superannuation, quarterly salary reviews and uncapped commissions; top performers earn $130,000+ OTE.
