Sales Manager – Retirement Living

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Aveo you will lead the sales process for seniors seeking a new home in our retirement communities. Based primarily at the Derwent Waters community in Tasmania, you will build trusted relationships, guide prospects through their decision‑making journey and ensure a smooth transition into retirement living.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Aveo professionally from initial enquiry through settlement and resident exit.
• Conduct open‑home tours, presentations and community engagement events.
• Follow up with prospective residents via calls and personalised communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure properties are refurbished, marketed, presented and priced to a high standard.
• Maintain relationships with residents and families before, during and after settlement.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate legislation, company policies and accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Current TAS Property Representative Registration (highly desired).
• Certificate IV in Real Estate (highly desired).
• Experience in real‑estate sales, business development or customer‑service roles such as Sales Associate, Property Manager or Business Development Manager.
