Sales Manager - Pre-Sales, New Club

About the role

Fitness Cartel is expanding nationally and is recruiting a Sales Manager to launch its new Cairns club and build a membership community from the ground up. The role leads the pre-sales team, drives membership growth and offers full sales training, with no fitness sales experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the club's pre-sales campaign and build a strong founding membership base
• Recruit, train and motivate Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales
• Grow membership through local marketing, community engagement and strategic partnerships
• Plan and run lead-generation strategies, including B2B partnerships, community outreach and events
• Track performance using Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales, and follow procedures
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media, SMS and email campaigns
• Prospect, convert leads and contribute to daily sales targets
• Support the Club General Manager with operations, meetings and team development

• Proven sales leader with experience hitting and exceeding KPIs
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy sales environments

• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
