A leading all-in-one SaaS platform for small and medium-sized businesses is looking for a Sales Account Manager based in Cairns, working remotely from home. You will be the trusted partner to SMEs, managing a portfolio of existing clients and acting as a relationship manager who builds strong, long-term partnerships. The role suits driven, results-focused sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and winning new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio using a consultative sales approach
• Represent the brand across the region and act as a trusted advisor to local businesses
• Grow accounts by building trusted relationships that deliver long-term success
• Meet business owners face-to-face, understand their challenges and demonstrate solutions
• Keep knowledge of digital trends such as SEO, SEM and social media current and relevant
• Plan and manage your own schedule while staying accountable for results

Required profile

• Resilient, energetic and self-motivated
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, ideally face-to-face
• Experience selling into SMBs or SaaS solutions is highly regarded
• Passion for digital trends
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the Cairns region

What we offer

• Salary of up to AU$72,000 per year plus superannuation
• Car allowance of $13,000 and communications allowance
• On-target earnings of up to $135,000
• Full-time, remote work from a home office
