Membership Consultant - New Club, Cairns

About the role

Fitness Cartel is launching a brand-new health club in Cairns and is building an elite pre-sale team to drive memberships before the doors open. As a Membership Consultant you will be part of the founding sales team, selling memberships and helping launch one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness brands. Full sales training is provided and no fitness sales experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the club's pre-sales campaign and generate excitement before it opens
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build strong relationships and create great member experiences
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments and conversions using the CRM
• Work closely with the team to help launch and grow the club

Required profile

• Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Motivated by results and driven to hit targets
• Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks
• Strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
• Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
• Sales experience is a bonus; energy and enthusiasm matter most
