The position is open immediately and suits someone available for work including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and style preferences.
• Provide expert advice on the product range, from sofas and dining sets to bedroom furniture and home accessories.
• Identify opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling, always with the customer's best interests at heart.
• Cultivate relationships and build a portfolio of repeat customers.
• Contribute to store-wide goals while pursuing individual sales targets.

Required profile

• A proven track record or natural aptitude for converting conversations into sales, with a focus on exceeding targets.
• A customer-focused mindset and sharp commercial acumen, able to spot upselling opportunities while keeping relationships authentic.
• Resilience in a performance-based environment and a competitive spirit.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while taking initiative independently.
• Passion for continuous improvement, seeking feedback and training to improve sales performance.
• Previous sales experience is valued but not required; potential and drive are prioritised.
