Sales Manager (Player‑Coach) – Mid‑Market

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a team of 3‑4 individual contributors in a player‑coach capacity, balancing personal sales targets with coaching responsibilities. You will ensure execution against Sitemate playbooks and drive continuous development across Oceania.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, review pipeline, and support Account Executives and Account Managers weekly.
• Run team meetings, call reviews, and demos while contributing to personal sales targets.
• Provide real‑time deal support, join customer calls, and assist with negotiations.
• Partner with directors and the GM on strategy, reporting, and Oceania‑wide sales performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp‑up of new Mid‑Market sales team members.
