Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated and highly organised Sales Manager to lead the performance of our Sales & Rental divisions across Adelaide and our broader customer network.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a high‑performance sales culture with personal accountability.
• Promote passion for a large suite of products and services.
• Create an accountable, productive and positive environment for the sales team through strong leadership.
• Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
• Recruit, develop and coach new talent within the sales team.
• Contribute as part of the Adelaide Management Team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in capital equipment or industrial sector sales and service performance.
• Experience managing and developing a high‑performing sales team.
• Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability.

Required skills

• Leadership and team development.
• Account management for blue‑chip accounts.
