Sales Manager – Hotel & Hospitality

About the role

As the Sales Manager at 25hours Hotel The Olympia, you will drive revenue by generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s rooms, F&B venues, and event spaces across Sydney and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proactive sales activity for rooms, groups, meetings, events and F&B, targeting corporate, MICE, entertainment, leisure and luxury segments.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, prospect new accounts, and manage RFP/RFI processes in collaboration with the Commercial Director and Revenue team.
• Build relationships with travel managers, tour operators, promoters, producers, TMCs, wholesalers and luxury advisors.
• Coordinate client appointments, site inspections, fam trips, trade events and networking activities.
• Work closely with Revenue teams to ensure pricing and offers support overall hotel performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in hotel, hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors with strong business development capability.
• Excellent network‑building and relationship‑management skills, confident representing a lifestyle hotel.
• Highly organised, self‑directed and accountable for measurable market activity and production.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera, Delphi or comparable hotel sales systems.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and account‑planning abilities.
