Sales Manager – Gaming Advertising

About the role

Venatus is looking for a Sales Manager to join its ANZ team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will be responsible for driving digital advertising sales for top gaming and entertainment brands, building strong relationships with agencies and direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a client portfolio end‑to‑end, from initial bookings to identifying upsell opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for clients on new product launches and advertising opportunities.
• Convert opportunities into closed deals and track performance against targets.
• Provide regular campaign updates to keep advertisers informed and satisfied.
• Represent Venatus at industry events, meetups, and face‑to‑face networking sessions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mobile and gaming advertising landscape in Australia.
• Proven sales experience in advertising or at an advertising agency.
• Well‑connected network of contacts within media and advertising agencies across Australia.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Competent with Google Suite tools.
