Sales Manager – Corporate Travel Solutions

About the role

CTM is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the ANZ region. You will identify new business opportunities, craft targeted sales strategies, and win new corporate travel clients while supporting existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Operations Heads to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention.
• Prepare and respond to tenders, proposals, and Requests for Tender.
• Deliver consultative presentations and technology demonstrations to prospective clients.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of sales, business development or partnership experience, preferably in travel.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and converting prospects into long‑term clients.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and manage tender processes.
