Sales Manager - ANZ

About the role

Wabtec Inspection Technologies, part of Wabtec, is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee sales activities across the ANZ region. The role covers all decision-making for ANZ sales operations and involves leading and developing the sales team to grow orders and sales in line with the company's vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team, guiding it toward order and sales growth aligned with the company's vision and values.
• Develop plans and strategies to manage and expand the customer base in the assigned markets.
• Maximise the team's orders, sales growth and gross margin contribution.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and prioritise marketing opportunities and initiatives.
• Manage the P&L for the defined product portfolio, including net margin, stock management and expenses.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members, manage individual performance and handle high-conflict situations while upholding company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in sales management and leading a diverse team of salespeople.
• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or a science-related discipline highly desirable.
• Current working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background and criminal history check required for successful candidates.
