Sales Development Representative – Tech & SaaS

About the role

Join iseekplant’s growing Brisbane sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This entry‑level position is designed as a stepping stone toward an Account Executive role, giving you hands‑on experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and AI‑driven SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify hot prospects, add them to HubSpot and engage through high‑volume outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Speak with business owners, understand their needs and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the Brisbane sales team to generate opportunities and help achieve team targets.
• Use the customer database to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Enjoy talking to people and confident picking up the phone.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and resilience to rejection.
• Team player motivated to learn, open to coaching and feedback.
• Previous outbound sales or call‑centre experience is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for tracking calls, meetings and performance metrics.
