Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a confident Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Working fully remote, you will be the first point of contact, introducing Pear Tree’s offshore recruitment model and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to companies across Australia and New Zealand, engaging founders, directors and hiring managers.
• Introduce Pear Tree’s offshore hiring model and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage follow‑ups, track outreach activity and update the CRM with call notes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and phone skills with confidence speaking to business decision‑makers.
• High energy, persistence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up discipline.
• 3+ years of sales experience, proven cold‑outreach and consultative selling abilities.
