Sales Development Representative – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative based in Australia to join a leading B2B sales acceleration partner. You will work remotely across APAC, handling high‑volume outbound prospecting and managing the top‑of‑funnel lifecycle for high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per day to key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full top‑of‑funnel process, from research to securing qualified meetings.
• Achieve a target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities each month.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to master proprietary sales methodologies.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• High coachability, natural curiosity, and determination to overcome objections.
• Proven ability to maintain high activity levels and meet KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
