Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join PlexusLegal as the first Sales Development Representative, building the top of our pipeline from scratch. You will be the initial point of contact for many prospects, turning interest into qualified meetings and shaping a scalable sales motion.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and convert inbound leads into booked meetings for the Commercial Director and senior Account Executives.
• Run targeted outbound sequences to ideal customer profile accounts using AI‑assisted research and messaging.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of inbound leads—no cold‑calling from a phone book.
• Achieve a target of 20 qualified meetings per month.
• Help define and write the SDR playbook.
• Keep the CRM clean and reliable for the whole team.

Required profile

• Hungry, self‑motivated and ready to perform daily.
• Genuine desire for a career in sales, not a fallback.
• Coachable, taking feedback quickly and improving.
• Competitive mindset with a track record of achieving goals.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Experience or quick learning ability with sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted outreach tools.
