Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, helping organisations identify solutions to their compliance and regulatory challenges while working closely with experienced Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify opportunities by understanding compliance, risk, and regulatory challenges.
• Run targeted prospecting campaigns across multiple industries and market segments.
• Qualify leads and generate high‑quality meetings for the BDM team.
• Maintain accurate, actionable CRM data and partner with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, outbound or phone sales, or appointment‑setting.
• Previous B2B sales experience with confidence engaging decision‑makers.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset.
• Competitive, resilient, target‑driven and coachable.
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in sales.
